The Design Production Coordinator works closely with the Graphic Designers, Production Managers, and Account Executives to oversee the timely management of creating and processing graphic production files. This position will need to export large-format print-ready graphics for print production for trade shows and special events. The Design Production Coordinator will also coordinate with Account Executives to ensure the timely approval of graphic orders based on the event production schedule. Key Contributions of the Role • Follow design layout instructions, pay attention to detail, proofread, and work independently • Provide quality control and maintain compliance with company structural and graphic standards • Work with team members to ensure work is in alignment with client needs • Must understand the oversize print production process to ensure design integrity, color accuracy, and image quality are met • Good typography skills; understanding of layout and design • Work with and understand various file types, such as Vector, PDF, and Raster to prepare files for Print Production team members using digital printers • Nights and weekends may be required to accommodate show schedules and seasonal workload Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, (or similar) or 2-3 years (minimum) of experience in oversize print production graphics or trade show graphics • Required experience with the following 2D software programs: • Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and WebEx • Windows-based design environment • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work well with groups • Ability to work well under pressure and demand • Ability to adjust designs based on constructive feedback and/or customer request • Possess a can-do attitude and positive nature towards projects and teamwork Aligning With Our Values for Success • Demonstrate Core Values of Caring, Commitment, Integrity, Spirit, Responsiveness, Inclusivity, and Teamwork • Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions to benefit the client and the company • Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program Please note that the roles and responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and may be subject to change. Assured Imaging Capital is seeking a Director of Sales for Mobile Medical Coaches and Imaging Equipment Monday - Friday | Position Base Pay Range: $100k base + uncapped commission Sales-based commissions provide additional earning potential beyond base salary Location: Remote — candidate must live near a major airport Summary/Objective: The Director of Sales will expand Assured Imaging Capital's market presence through new business acquisition and strategic partnership development. This is a field-driven, individual contributor role built around face-to-face relationship building, territory development, and in-person engagement with healthcare organizations. This is not a desk-based or primarily virtual sales position. Success requires maintaining a strong in-market presence — conducting site visits, meeting decision-makers in their environments, and building trust across the table. The Director of Sales is responsible for personally driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, territory coverage, and long-term relationship development. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Territory Growth • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across hospitals, health systems, outpatient imaging centers, private practices, and physician groups • Maintain a strong in-market presence through regular in-person meetings, site visits, and client engagement. • Build long-term relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders • Develop and execute territory strategies that prioritize high-value targets and growth markets • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution Promote the Full Suite of Assured Imaging Capital Offerings • Mobile mammography services utilizing in-house fabricated coaches • Mobile Medical Imaging Coaches available for sale or rental • Sales and service of diagnostic imaging equipment (new and used) • New service and/or product offerings as we develop them Solution Development & Execution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, service, and engineering, project management, and fabrication) to design and present tailored imaging solutions • Lead contract negotiations in alignment with company policies, compliance requirements, and established pricing and margin objectives. • Seek out and represent the organization at tradeshows, conferences, and industry networking events • Track all sales and business development activity in Salesforce and provide weekly reporting on pipeline progress and revenue forecasts Independent Sales Ownership • Operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for personal performance • Work autonomously with strong self-direction and accountability • Contribute to team success through collaboration, shared insights, and market intelligence Qualifications Required • 3–5+ years of experience in capital equipment or diagnostic imaging sales (e.g., mammography, CT, MRI, X-ray or similar imaging systems) within the medical imaging industry (OEM – GE, Hologic, Siemens, etc). • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and territory expansion (“hunter” background) • Demonstrated success in self-generating leads and building a sustainable sales pipeline, with accountability for prospecting, nurturing opportunities, and driving deals from initial outreach through close • Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging modalities such as mammography, CT, MRI, X-ray, and related capital imaging systems, along with healthcare buying processes and reimbursement models. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and in-person relationship-building skills • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support in-person client engagement, site visits, and territory growth. Position involves a variety of public safety duties in the Sheriff's Office. Processes the inmates into the penal institution taking charge of personal effects and advising them of institutional rules and regulations. Attends to the personal needs and activities of the prisoners according to institutional needs and requirements; Conducts periodic security checksof the inmates as well as the institution grounds; Escorts and transports inmates to judicial proceedings and other institutions; Prepares records and reports of daily activity; Reports to work on assigned duty schedule; Performs other reasonable duties as assigned. General knowledge of laws, rules and regulations relating to courts and criminal justice; skill in the use of firearms, public safety equipment and motor vehicles; ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to prepare clear comprehensive reports; ability to deal courteously, firmly and tactfully with the public; ability to analyze situations and to adopt quick, effective and reasonable courses of action.
