You'll plan raw material inventory, build and communicate production forecasts, and work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to keep production running smoothly. The warehouse may be noisy due to equipment, machinery, and movement of items, and may have varying temperatures that fluctuate depending on the weather. Use of resin in the warehouse may create slick surfaces. This role is highly labor intensive, requiring strong physical stamina to succeed in the role. The physical demands of our warehouse role include regular lifting up to 75lbs, in addition to carrying and moving heavy items. The warehouse rep should feel comfortable with long periods of standing and walking and will be expected to kneel and bend regularly.Who should apply:The personal attributes that will set you apart in our hiring process include reliability and accountability – our Warehouse Reps must consistently show up for shifts on time, complete all tasks as assigned, and demonstrate dependability and trustworthiness.
