As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be responsible for essential ramp service tasks, including loading and unloading baggage and cargo, marshalling aircraft, and performing water servicing. A focus on safety and attention to detail is crucial. This job is covered by a collective bargaining agreement of the Transport Workers Union (TWU), a labor union that requires joining the TWU and paying union dues. Ramp Responsibilities • Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure. • Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraft. • Safely drive and operate ground support equipment, including belt loaders and tugs to pick-up and deliver baggage and cargo between the terminal and aircraft. • Perform ground service functions, such as connecting/removing ground power and ground start units and water service. • Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking and related guide man functions. • Maintain a secure work environment.
