Job Title Duties If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for criminal and civil prosecutions associated with Financial Litigation. Typical work assignments will include: • Prepare legal, statistical, and economic studies and analysis required in criminal and civil financial litigation cases. • Compile substantive information on financial litigation subjects. • Examine and evaluate cases referred to the Financial Litigation Unit for the purpose of initiating judicial enforcement proceedings. • Prepare a variety of legal documents. • Interview witnesses and prepare material relating to individual witnesses, claimants, and defendants, preparatory to trial. • Mentor and train other members of the Financial Litigation Unit. • Assist in fulfilling discovery obligations. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
