Prepares patients during office visits and assists patients and family members before, during and after a doctor's visit.Prepare patients for examination and assist providers during treatment/procedures, examinations, and testing of patients.Prepare, restock, and sterilize examination rooms, procedure rooms, lab area and all other patient care areas per established policies and procedures.Record patients' medical history, health maintenance, and chief complaint.Measure, record, and document vital signs.Where applicable, perform phlebotomy, injections and other specimen collection per established policies and procedures as directed by the provider.Educate patients by providing information and instructions as directed by the provider.Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.Sterilize medical instruments per established standards and procedures.Relay messages from patients and front office staff to providers.Represent the office in a professional manner. Treat all customers, internal and external, in a courteous and cooperative manner.Participate in team activities and professional development activities.Attend required meetings.Demonstrate and embody the Women's Care mission and core values.Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsQualifications:High school diploma or GED.(FL Only) Certified Medical Assistant preferred OR the ability to obtain the certification within the first 120 days of employment. Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores.
