Box Truck Driver The Box Truck Driver's main responsibility is to transport any material needed by the company in a safe and efficient manner. This person is an integral part of the team and will help to mitigate potential problems with a "heads up" approach to their responsibilities. This person is an ambassador for the company when making deliveries to our external customers, picking up from our vendors, or servicing our own internal customers. Accountabilities: • Operate a delivery truck on a route and schedule determined by the Dispatcher • Prepares product for shipment using shrink wrap, banding, tape etc, if required • Deliver or Pickup goods as instructed • Help to build and maintain relationships with LiveTrends customers through professional execution of their deliveries • Load and unload vehicle as necessary • Clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle on a scheduled basis • Maintain a weekly vehicle checklist searching for potential maintenance requirements • Properly secure all goods transported in trailer • Keep, recover, and submit all required transportation documents regarding pickups and deliveries • Pass along and seek proper documentation required for deliveries of any variety • Follow all DOT regulations as well as local and state traffic law • Report to work on time • Driving is the primary responsibility but assisting in other areas of Operations may be required including Warehouse Inventory, Shipping, and Production Skills & Other Requirements: • Requires a valid driver's license, continuous personal auto insurance coverage, and background check • Must be highly detail oriented • A focus on the safety of themselves and others • Previous driving experience 2+ years preferred • Must complete company certification for Electric Pallet Jack use • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time • Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed Safety & Quality Standards: • All safety provisions and procedures must always be followed. • This may include the wearing of proper PPE including gloves, safety glasses, or chemical resistant aprons/suits. • Participating or leading in an accident investigation, including the use of 5-Why root cause investigations. • Participating in safety meetings

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. • Provide hands-on technical support in exam rooms, treatment areas, and surgical suites, with a focus on exotic species. • Oversee training and continued education for staff on exotic animal handling, diagnostics, and treatment protocols. • Manage technician scheduling, performance evaluations, and assist with hiring decisions. • Collaborate with veterinarians and leadership to implement hospital protocols. • Maintain inventory, medical equipment, and controlled substance logs in accordance with state and federal regulations. • Support client education and communication, particularly regarding the care and husbandry of exotic pets. Qualifications: • Active CVT license in Florida • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year with exotic animals. • Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred. • Proficiency in anesthesia, radiology, laboratory procedures, and surgical prep/monitoring. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
