You know you have succeeded when you and your team are delivering best experience and driving world class results.You Will Need To HaveBackground in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership roleManagement experience in a commission-based sales environmentProven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goalsBalanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environmentSet goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing teamBasic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledgeHigh school diploma or GEDOne or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environmentWillingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periodsAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift ten poundsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeTraining RequirementsEmployees must attend and complete 2-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
