Your mission is to coordinate the flow of dishes, ensure order accuracy, and maintain exceptional plating standards while keeping the kitchen and service teams aligned for a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the communication bridge between kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service • Review food tickets and coordinate the timing of dishes for accurate and efficient delivery • Inspect all plates for proper presentation, portioning, and quality before they leave the kitchen • Communicate with servers and food runners to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery • Maintain an organized expediting station, ensuring food items are properly arranged for efficient handoff • Work closely with chefs and cooks to ensure every dish meets our high-quality standards • Keep the expediting window clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies • Assist in managing special requests, modifications, and dietary restrictions with accuracy • Maintain a sense of urgency and ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner • Support the kitchen team during peak service times to maintain a smooth workflow What We're Looking For • Previous experience as an Expeditor, Food Runner, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate between FOH and BOH teams • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and presentation • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining service flow • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality Why The One Group is Your Next Career Move This is more than a job—it's a career opportunity with limitless potential in an expanding global brand. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and/or from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices. They are also responsible for assisting guests with luggage including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during guest arrival and departure and maintaining the vehicle activity and maintenance logs. As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether transporting guests, patients, visitors, and associates or assisting with luggage and wayfinding needs, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service. This posting represents multiple CDL Shuttle Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment. What You'll Do • Safely transport guests, patients, visitors, and associates to designated locations • Conduct vehicle inspections and document vehicle activity in accordance with company procedures • Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, luggage assistance, and service-related needs • Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately • Create positive first and last impressions • Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality What Makes You a Great Fit • Commitment to safety and responsible vehicle operation • Outstanding customer service and communication skills • Reliable, professional, and calm in fast paced environments • Works well independently and as part of a team • Able to work evenings and/or weekends Driving Requirements • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ability to meet DOT and client requirements • Ability to safely operate passenger shuttle vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations • Additional certifications, physical examinations, or endorsements may be required based on vehicle type, site, or assignment Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $20$21 per hour.
