What You Will Do • Operate a forklift on a route at one of our client facilities. • Move hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste and recyclables. • Once trained, provide spill response at client facility. • Must be willing to remain clean shaven (if applicable) at all times along the jawline for the use of a respirator What You Need to Be Successful • We will do our own forklift certification! Previous experience operating a forklift or heavy equipment is preferred. • We need you to come to work willing to learn and with a focus on safety. • We need you to be able to work part of the weekend • You must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment. Job Details RESPONSIBILITIES: • Staff telephone consumer support position in a call center environment for patients, providers, or field team members - depending upon program requirements • Accepts inbound calls and makes outbound calls to patients or other parties based on program requirements • May provide disease process and drug support education per approved call guides/scripts • May provide emotional support to patients and caregivers • May work across functional teams (ex. reimbursement support) with ability to understand key principles of reimbursement, patient assistance and co-pay assistance • May assess patient risk for compliance and adherence to treatment regimen identifying barriers to care and referring to additional support services • Receives notification through but not limited to web portal, patient assistant program, fax enrollment form, electronic enrollment form or phone.
