No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years. • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. • No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. Also, ensure that all vital reporting is received and distributed on time, including reporting any exception information. • Attend required team meetings and training sessions on camera. • Participation in skills assessments for training is required. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: • High School diploma or equivalent experience. • Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours of operations are Pacific Standard Time. • Must reside in the United States. Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Texas preferred. • Previous customer service experience. • Timeshare or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong technical capacity to balance multiple systems and windows at a time. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams. • Must be a self-motivated individual with strong time management skills, able to work independently in a remote work-from-home setting.
