Compliance Analyst Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, seeking a Compliance Analyst in our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office. This position is in-office - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM in the respective time zones. Individual will work closely with Firm's Compliance Team to facilitate the organization's compliance with consumer and collection laws, regulations and best practices. Primary responsibilities include management of consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims to ensure proper tracking, reporting and organization.
