Develop strategic initiatives contributing to a 30% increase in new business opportunities annually. Proven track record in air import management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance. Exceptional analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and vendor engagement.
