Establish robust relationships with vendors and partners, achieving a 20% increase in favorable terms and reduced rates within six months. Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, achieving zero customs penalties or delays. Analyze and report on performance metrics monthly, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency by 15% in the first year. Develop strategic initiatives contributing to a 30% increase in new business opportunities annually. Proven track record in air import management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance. Exceptional analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and vendor engagement.
