The role involves providing outpatient therapy services to geriatric patients, with responsibilities including timely documentation, communication, and adherence to clinical standards. The position is part-time, with a schedule of 8 hours per day, ensuring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS certification, active license in hand, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, including proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase). Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Perform outpatient therapy services to geriatric patients, document care accurately and promptly, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and adhere to clinical protocols. Requirements: Must have active driver's license, personal transportation, and be flexible with territory coverage. On-call rotation may be required. Additional Information: All travel assignments require submission of RTO (Requested Time Off) at the time of application, and successful completion of Monday orientation. Previous employment with the organization must be separated for at least six months prior to returning as a traveler.
