Details Home Health setting treating geriatric patients Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with optional weekends On-call rotation required every 6th weekend Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office Uses HCHB (Homecare Homebase) for charting Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required OASIS experience required for completing Start of Care (SOC) documentation Proficiency in HCHB charting system required BLS certification required License required if applicable Active driver's license and personal transportation required Timely documentation and communication required Additional Information Responsibilities include timely documentation and consistent communication with the care team Monday orientation includes completion of billable training modules Dress code is scrubs of any color, no jeans permitted iPad provided; personal cell phone use not permitted Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate First-time travelers will not be considered for this role Locals are not accepted for this position Travel pairs accepted, though each traveler is assigned their own territory and must have independent transportation Former Compassus employees must be separated for at least 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application American Traveler Job ID P-757750.
