What You'll Do: The Behavioral Support Technician fulfills the assigned role as part of the treatment team – to maintain the wellbeing of clients and the integrity of the program. Behavioral Health Technician Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Support: Develop and maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and staff. Listen attentively, document client behavior, and report observations to clinical staff. Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times.
