Duties/ Responsibilities: • Interacts with Team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values. • Delivers “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our cafe´. • Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies. • Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe´'s standards. • Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food. • Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations. • Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe. • Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer. • Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand. • Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe´. Required Skills/Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Physical Requirements: • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift. • Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash. • Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers. • Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe´ environment. • Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions. • Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching and stretching. • Lifting no greater than 50 pounds. This position is ideal for an experienced driver who is comfortable operating manual-transmission equipment, working outdoors, and supporting operations from harvesting through delivery and site watering. Drivers are home daily approximately 99% of the time.
