Registrar Under the direct supervision of the building administrator, administer the school's accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, maintains and develops class rosters and assignments, assists in the development and distribution of student grade cards, and assists in various administrative and clerical tasks for the school building. Reports to: Building Administrator Essential Functions • Maintain and monitor school related accounting activities, including inputting and maintaining data and information into the accounting system regarding account balance and account spending to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date. • Input class assignments and rosters for students in classes. • Complies with reporting procedures and internal controls for timely and accurate completion of reporting and record-keeping requirements. • Composes correspondence as needed for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information regarding accounts payable issues, balances, etc. • Maintains records for accurate and up-to-date filing and recordkeeping. • Assists in banking and other financial transaction activities as required. • Assists in ensuring the reliability of key operating data through period audits and corrective action. Additional Duties • Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the scheduling and accounting system. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, perform complex arithmetic operations and use calculators. Ability to understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications (e.g., Word, Excel). Ability to problem-solve job-related issues. Ability to process paperwork accurately according to standardized procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information regarding school district financial and other information. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work. Ability to train and mentor other accounting employees. Qualification Profile Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance. Required: Experience in payroll, math, accounting, or recordkeeping. This position is ideal for an experienced driver who is comfortable operating manual-transmission equipment, working outdoors, and supporting operations from harvesting through delivery and site watering. Drivers are home daily approximately 99% of the time. Pay & Schedule Details • Pay: $24 per hour, depending on experience • Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours • Hours: 40 hours per week • Typical start time: 6:30 a.m. in Claremore, with earlier starts when project locations require additional travel time • End times: Vary based on project locations and load count; shifts may end between approximately 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. • Home time: Home daily approximately 99% of the time • Occasional travel: Rare out-of-town projects may require overnight stays, primarily for site watering duties • Employment type: Long-term flexible assignment Job Details • Route type: Local and regional delivery routes • Freight: Sod and agricultural materials • Equipment: Class A truck tractors with flatbed trailers and manual transmissions • Handling: Heavy-touch work; drivers are trained to load, secure, and haul their own loads at harvesting sites • Work environment: Off-road driving, harvesting locations, project sites, and outdoor work in varying temperatures • Additional duties: Assist with watering sod at project sites Key Responsibilities • Safely operate Class A manual-transmission trucks and flatbed trailers • Navigate off-road access points at harvesting and project locations • Load, secure, transport, and unload sod and related materials • Learn to operate a front-end loader and load trucks independently • Assist with watering sod at project sites as needed • Complete deliveries safely, accurately, and on schedule • Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach in changing outdoor conditions Minimum Requirements • Valid Class A CDL • 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience • Demonstrated proficiency operating manual transmissions • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements • Ability to strap and unstrap loads safely • Ability and willingness to learn front-end loader operation • Ability to work outdoors and withstand extreme temperatures • At least 21 years of age Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off • 401(k) • Referral program Why Work With TransForce Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be part of the team.
