Paralegal Position Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Lake Mary, FL office. This a full-time, in-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office. Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume. What You'll Do: • Responsible for assisting FL attorneys and other litigation staff in facilitating and finalizing settlements of contested litigation matters involving debt defense council. • Submitting offers from defense counsel to clients using preferred methods (i.e. email or upload into proprietary system) • Identifying and generating drafts of settlement documents • Facilitating obtaining signatures from all parties • Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.
