Work when it works for you. 1099 Independent Contractor | $28/hr | WINTER PARK NORTH / FL If you like working independently, hate being stuck at a desk, and want a consistent route you can count on — this might be exactly what you're looking for. NWS operates water vending machines in retail stores across the country. We're building a team of Field Technicians in WINTER PARK NORTH, FL to keep those machines clean, stocked, and running right. It's straightforward work, it pays well, and you're in charge of your own time. What You'll Actually Be Doing Each week (or every two weeks, depending on the location), you'll visit your assigned stores and: • Clean and disinfect the FreshPure machine inside and out • Take meter readings and log the data on your service report • Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit • Submit your completed report to the home office when you're done • Call in anything that looks off — damage, mechanical issues, anything unusual That's it. Each stop takes about an hour. Your total hours per week depend on how many stores are on your route. If a machine has a mechanical or technical issue, you flag it and we send a Service Technician. Your job is to keep things clean, documented, and reported — that's where your value is. What You Need to Get Started • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license • A smartphone with a camera for photo submissions • Attention to detail — you follow the checklist, every time • You show up when you're scheduled. That's the most important thing. No experience in water systems required. If you've done field services, retail merchandising, delivery routes, janitorial work, or anything similar — you'll hit the ground running. Position Overview: PT Inventory Specialists keep our store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing and preparing inventory for the floor. They also assist with markdowns, transfers and return authorizations among other tasks. Responsibilities: • Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART). • Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks and responsibilities for the store team. • Processes new shipment deliveries and maintains quality assurance of our product by reviewing for any defects prior to placing on the styling floor. • Maintains purchase order records in our point of sale system and manages invoices and price ticketing of new goods. • Partners with store leaders and store merchandisers about placement of product on the styling floor. • Manages daily replenishment of items sold and pulls for the styling floor. • Manages a fulfillment que for web orders and orders placed by other stores. Pulls, processes and ships these orders out for customers timely. • Conducts weekly checks for items that are returned to vendors and executes transfers out of store. • Conducts transfers of product to other stores or to the company warehouse as directed. • Executes markdowns weekly and helps the merchandiser maintain a well stocked and organized sale section. • Maintains general organization and cleanliness of the backroom following company directives. • Orders stores supplies weekly and ensures the store has all supplies and packaging needed to operate.
