Administrative Crisis Stabilization Supervisor Whitewater, KS $57,009 - $72,099 a year Full Time The Crisis Stabilization Service Supervisor leads a dedicated team providing varied intensity services aimed at supporting clients within their communities. This role involvesdelivering quality crisis interventions both in-person and via telehealth when necessary. The supervisor collaborates closely with management to implement policies that foster staff support and promote person-centered, trauma-informed care. Essential Functions: • Conduct monthly staff rounding to ensure engagement and support. • Facilitate consumer reintegration into home and community settings through collaborative safety planning involving clients, families, and treatment teams. • Monitor client service hours and documentation to maximize staff productivity. • Coordinate staff schedules to maintain adequate departmental coverage. • Work alongside community partners to ensure coordinated care delivery. • Oversee crisis coverage and provide administrative support to staff. • Participate in program planning, budgeting, and operational activities. • Assist in hiring and training new team members. • Deliver billable services as needed. • Conduct annual staff evaluations and participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends. Minimum Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with community mental health and crisis services. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Leadership or management training. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. • Experience managing staff is preferred. • One to three years working with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), serious mental illness (SMI), or seriously emotionally disturbed (SED) populations. • Understanding of integrated care with other providers. • Experience with diverse and high-risk client populations. • Proven ability to manage treatment plans and teams collaboratively. • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Special Education with specialized training in human development and family dynamics preferred. • Three to five years of professional experience in mental health services or crisis response preferred. • Two or more years educating clients on self-care and daily living skills preferred. Licenses and Certifications: • Completion of CPST Case Management online training, KHS online training, and passing background checks including KBI, child and adult abuse registries, and motor vehicle screening required. • Adult Case Management training must be completed within 60 days of employment. • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
