Retail Store Associate A successful Retail Store Associate will strive to go for WOW! Go for WOW! is the standard of customer service at Duluth Trading Company. Position Details What You'll Do: • Develop an exceptional familiarity with the Duluth brand and comprehensive product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers. Understand the customer is the center of what we do. • Understand how to layer personalized service into each area of interaction from greeting to fitting room to register. • Effectively communicate sales and promotions. • Understand the importance of email capture as part of sales and service and executes to standard. • Respond proactively and be empowered to provide positive resolutions to customer concerns. • Answer telephone in a courteous and friendly manner including, but not limited to, giving store greetings, directions to store location, and receiving and filling customer orders. • Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise. • Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards. Ensure the sales floor is customer ready. • Ensure company standards for cleanliness for the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area. • Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions. • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices. • Perform any other duties as directed by management. What We're Looking For: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Retail experience is preferred but not necessary. • Customer Centric. • Takes pride in a job well done and shows ownership in the store. • Operates with integrity and trust. • Excellent communicator and listener. • Collaborates and functions as part of a team. • Performs other duties as directed. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: • Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. • Frequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders. • Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms. • Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs. • Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend. • Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees – especially in our stock room areas. • Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day. Description Site Safety Manager: 100% Nationwide Travel Join Hanwha Qcells USA Corp and support the build of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the U.S. This is an evergreen posting for future project needs across our solar and BESS EPC portfolio. We are actively building a pipeline of qualified Site Safety Managers to support upcoming work. IMPORTANT: Travel & Relocation Requirement • 100% nationwide travel is required • You will relocate to project sites for 8–12 months at a time • This is a fully on-site, field-based role • Candidates must be comfortable with a project-to-project travel lifestyle SUMMARY This is an evergreen opportunity supporting upcoming solar and BESS EPC projects across the U.S. Site Safety Managers are placed on project sites for the duration of the build (typically 8–12 months) and then transition to the next project. This is onsite, working on the project site, working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time or other working hours the site may establish. Overtime and weekend working hours will be required as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with site EPC personnel to implement and manage a proactive behavior-based approach to Health & Safety. This includes a strong emphasis on personal responsibility, incident prevention and a management systems approach to compliance. • Supports the development of H&S policies, programs and procedures to establish a culture of health and safety. • Ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including OSHA, EPA, etc.). • Continuously evaluating employees and contractors practices, procedures to assess and reduce risks for the benefit of employees and contractors. • Lead accident or mishap investigations to identify causes and recommend improvement opportunities and preventive and corrective measures. • Visit work areas to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment, materials and adherence to work requirements. Perform periodic safety and health risk assessments and compliance audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of general construction experience • 2 years managerial experience preferred • 3 years of solar industry experience preferred • Have an operational knowledge of construction safety, OSHA, ANSI, and other applicable standards, regulations, laws, and procedures • OSHA 30/510 required • Must have a valid current driver license BENEFITS • Competitive per diem rate • Company vehicle provided • Annual bonus opportunity • Rotational program EXAMPLE OF PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc. • Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces (towers, vessels, excavations, etc.) • Able to walk or move continuously while carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials.
