The Human Resources Generalist will play a critical role in the HR department. The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day HR functions. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to draw insights, and develop solutions, programs, and policies. Maintains HRIS database, entering new hire information and terminating employees within the system. Advises and provides support for department managers regarding company policy, equal employment opportunities, compensation, employee benefits, and disciplinary matters. Apply and communicate HR policies and procedures consistently, ensuring managers and employees understand applicable regulations, contract language, and company expectations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of practical experience in human resources in a manufacturing environment or equivalent work experience.
