Job Title Preaching and Leading: To teach the Word of God well and in a way the hearts of the target can understand, as well as in the spirit of biblical teaching by trusting in God, thoroughly studying the Scripture with the help of the Holy Spirit, and continually growing in representing the gospel in a way that inspires others to grow and trust God in their own lives. This includes Sunday morning messages as well as other teaching as the growth of the church creates. To provide wise counsel for staff, elders, team leaders and members as they grow in their effectiveness in ministry and as personal needs arise. This includes training others to be able to provide wise counsel. To use God's giftedness to encourage the body of Christ at WHCC. Visionary: Mentor individuals to lead ministries in working together toward the goal of reaching the younger generations. Staff and Ministry Leadership: To recruit and develop leaders to provide an example and encouragement for members to use their giftedness. To encourage and develop the staff and Ministry Team Leads to reach their fullest potential for their part in realizing the mission of the church, this may include: • Training their teams as they work to continually and effectively develop the mission of their team and in their ability to share the gospel in a way our target understands. • To effectively communicate with staff, elders, team leaders and members in details that are pertinent to their effective ministry. Also, to be responsive to the communication from the same. Youth: Provide Curriculum Selection for Youth and Lead Youth Group messages. Coordinate with Youth leaders. Build Major Midwest Infrastructure Projects with a Family-Owned Heavy Civil Contractor Elder Corporation is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead complex earthmoving, underground utility, demolition, and site development projects ranging from $5M to $50M throughout Iowa and the Midwest. Key Responsibilities: • Assist Senior Estimators with bid strategy development and project planning. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from award through completion. • Monitor project budgets, schedules, manpower, equipment, and material usage. • Track project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, quality, or schedule. • Prepare and submit RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. • Communicate project status, schedules, and deadlines with field superintendents, office staff, customers, subcontractors, and company leadership. • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members. • Preferred experience with: • HCSS Estimating and Project Management Software • Agtek Takeoff Software • Bluebeam • Procore Qualifications: • 5+ years preferred; candidates with strong heavy civil project management experience are encouraged to apply. • Experience with earthmoving, underground utilities, demolition, grading, or site development projects • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications • Working knowledge of heavy equipment and construction methods • Ability to manage multiple schedules, deadlines, and projects simultaneously • Knowledge of project budgeting, resource allocation, and construction operations • Valid driver's license required No agency calls or emails, please.
