General Manager Opportunity Flynn Arby's joined Flynn Group in 2018 with the acquisition of 300+ restaurants. Today we are the largest Arby's franchisee in the world and continue grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. Responsibilities: • Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work behaviors to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction. • Manage daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management. • Implement and maintain strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. • Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and the successful execution of promotional campaigns. • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve targets. • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal development. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Requirements: • Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, with a track record of successfully managing a high-volume establishment. • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members. • Organized and meticulous, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
