Accounting Specialist Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join a professional team! This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, comfortable working with numbers, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling accounting information. Responsibilities • Assemble, review, verify, sort, code, and match invoices. • Set invoices up for payment and ensure information is entered accurately. • Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy. Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. • Typing speed and accurate data entry are very important. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. • Ability to handle confidential information professionally. • Comfortable working with numbers and detailed financial information. Casual Package Delivery Driver Who exactly are UPS Casual Package Delivery Drivers? Theyre the ones who drive our familiar brown trucks, bringing packages great and small to our customers. Theyre a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel! So, what does it take to make it through a busy shift delivering boxes of all shapes and sizes to homes and businesses in your community and beyond? • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs. • Valid drivers licenseno CDL required (License type varies by state) • Pass the DOT physical • Excellent customer service and driving skills • Legal right to work in the U.S. • Casual package delivery drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on the business needs.
