FUNCTION: Assemble and solder actutator parts for aerospace products. J-STD certification is a plus. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work will include but not limited to: assembly, soldering, inspection, packaging, process improvements and training as well as other related activities • Ability to perform soldering on Boards. J-STD certiifcation is a plus • Ability to learn the use of bench top equipment, test equipment, hands tools and computers • Ability to assemble small mechanical products - springs, gears, mechanical subassemblies • Ability to assembly and test electro and electro-mechanical products • Participate in meetings to determine work priorities • Commitment to customer and business focus in areas such as quality of work, attendance and productivity, overtime may be required • Adherence to company policies such as safety, respect for others, integrity and workplace rules • Willingness to attend additional training, either OJT or off-site training recommended by the management staff to further personal development EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma or GED • Two (2) years prior experience in Production and/or Manufacturing. Experience in the Manufacturing of Aircraft Instruments or Electronics desired • Blueprint and work instruction reading experience required • Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs Compensation Employee Type: Hourly Currency: USD Salary Minimum: 40,000 Salary Maximum: 55,000 Incentive: No Disclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
