You'll be the friendly voice of our Telecommunications client to support their customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers. As a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor, you'll listen to the caller and use your technical expertise, and passion for outstanding customer service, to answer questions about products and services, or troubleshoot technical issues to find solutions. In addition, customers may also have questions about services on their account, need help enrolling in or canceling a service, or disputing a charge. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that help inform the psychological needs of each client, allowing you to formulate effective and personalized treatment plans. • Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and more, tailored to the client's specific issues and goals. • Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting these objectives as needed throughout the treatment process. • Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual sessions or face transportation and accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive comprehensive support at all times. • Maintain meticulous documentation to adhere to the ethical and regulatory guidelines of mental health practice, which includes updating client records and treatment progress notes in a timely manner. • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions, equipping yourself with the latest practices and methodologies in the field of mental health. Qualifications • A current and valid state license in one of the required disciplines: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients. • Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental attitudes towards clients' experiences and challenges. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, including maintaining an organized caseload and handling administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience • Experience in providing telehealth services, with a knack for adapting to virtual therapy methodologies. • Previous work in outpatient settings, familiarizing yourself with diverse client issues and treatment planning. • Participation in peer consultation, supervision, or interdisciplinary team collaborations to enhance therapeutic practices.
