Location: Tulsa Reports to: Director of Civil Engineering Team: Civil Engineering Education: An engineering degree is not required, but a degree or certification in civil engineering, drafting, or related field is advantageous OPPORTUNITY - Civil Designer Our Civil Engineering Team is continuing to pursue excellent, challenging and a diverse work portfolio by building a strong civil team. This position will provide an excellent opportunity to an individual to be part of the Cyntergy Civil Team Leadership Group: First leading with strong technical skills to solve site development civil challenges for clients and secondarily helping the civil team's continuous improvement efforts in setting up design processes, QAQC checklists and strong production drawing and modeling templates (AutoCAD Civil 3D). The work is varied across local, regional and national (we are licensed to do work in the lower 48 states). The work is also diverse in nature serving Federal Government, Local Municipal, Retail, Commercial, Healthcare and Industrial clients. This position will provide an individual the opportunity to lead large multi-million-dollar, multi-discipline projects as the Civil Discipline Lead or allow the individual to provide oversite of numerous smaller projects while providing direction and mentoring of civil designers and technicians. ACTIVITIES - Civil Designer Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create and modify site plans, grading and drainage layouts, utility layouts, and construction documents. Work with Civil Engineer to conduct site analysis, and integrate topographical surveys and geotechnical data, to inform design decisions. Ensure designs comply with local, state and federal regulations and codes. Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects and other team members to develop project specifications and budgets. Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design options, and address any concerns. Perform quality checks and reviews of own work to ensure accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, calculations, and reports. Provide support during the construction phase, including responding to RFIs, and reviewing shop drawings. Key Responsibilities • Review inpatient claims imported into the DRG database, focusing on diagnosis, procedures, grouping logic, and reimbursement accuracy. • Analyze weekly hospital billing files, identifying underpaid claims based on ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure codes. • Conduct detailed medical record reviews post-bill to determine if submitted diagnosis and procedure codes are accurate and complete. • Navigate medical records efficiently, targeting specific sections (e.g., discharge summary, operative reports) based on system edits and flagged items. • Match clinical documentation in the medical record to corresponding ICD-10 codes, ensuring DRG accuracy. • Identify and correct errors such as under coded or misclassified diagnoses and procedures. • Utilize Health ROI system edits to detect specific high-value opportunities (e.g., dialysis, occlusion, embolization, catheterization). • Make reimbursement improvement recommendations and submit findings for client review and approval. • Collaborate with leadership on case prioritization and workflow management. • Stay informed on coding updates, payer guidelines, and DRG changes to support accurate recommendations. • Analyze client reporting. • Identify new revenue opportunities related to all inpatient DRG related components. • Other duties as required. Requirements and Qualifications • Associate's or bachelor's degree in health information management or related field required. Position Summary The Client Support Representative is an operational support role within the Client Support team, responsible for executing core tasks that enable EnableComp's revenue cycle operations. This role focuses primarily on medical documentation retrieval and processing, assisting with inventory reconciliation compilation, and supporting prebill work queue resolution. The Client Support Representative partners with the Client Delivery team to communicate operational findings and escalate client-impacting issues, ensuring seamless coordination across functions. This role does not have direct client interaction; all client communication is facilitated through the Client Delivery team. Key Responsibilities • Retrieve and acquire medical documentation from client systems, including but not limited to implant invoices, UB-04 documents, Explanations of Benefits, and medical record components • Submit document request lists and monitor outstanding requests on a regular cadence to ensure EnableComp receives necessary claim documentation for processing • Scan, upload, and store medical documentation and confidential patient health information (PHI) in accordance with EnableComp's data handling standards • Assist in compiling client reconciliations by gathering and organizing data from client systems and EnableComp platforms to prepare reconciliation reports for review and resolution • Assist in working client reconciliations by researching closed and returned claims, resolving open items, posting adjustments, entering refund and payment research requests, and reviewing or rebilling missing claims • Support prebill work queue resolution for assigned clients, maintaining performance within established KPI standards • Partner with Client Delivery team members to communicate operational findings, escalate client-impacting issues, and ensure alignment on inventory and documentation needs • Identify and report client system issues, workflow barriers, and process gaps to the Client Support People Leader for resolution or escalation • Identify and escalate recurrent process gaps that contribute to claims appearing on reconciliations to the Client Support People Leader, supporting upstream resolution by Revenue Services • Maintain accurate and consistent documentation within the E360 platform in real time as actions are completed, ensuring all account activity is properly recorded • Use multiple systems to perform accurate and timely data entry in support of operational workflows • Assist in efficiently moving work through the department and cooperate with other departments as needed • Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute feedback on process improvement opportunities • Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management environment preferred • Familiarity with medical claims documentation and payer/provider data processes preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
