Title: SAP SD Location: Shelbyville, TN Duration: Long Term Contract Position Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on SAP implementation and support experience. The consultant will participate in a large-scale legacy ERP to SAP ECC 6.0 transformation program, working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams and system integrators. Candidates with prior IFS ERP to SAP migration experience are highly preferred. Automotive manufacturing experience is considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP SD solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. • Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements. • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP standard solutions. • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers. • Support data cleansing, mapping, migration validation and reconciliation. • Coordinate unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect management. • Support cutover planning, hypercare and knowledge transfer. • Ensure integration with other SAP modules. • Create functional documentation, SOPs and training materials. • Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations. Module Expertise • Order-to-Cash, pricing, shipping, billing, customer master, ATP and integration with MM/FI. Required Qualifications • 8–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience. • Minimum two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects. • Experience with legacy ERP to SAP migration projects. • Strong experience in business process mapping and solution design. • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills. • Experience supporting data migration, cutover and hypercare. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline. Preferred Qualifications • IFS ERP to SAP migration experience. • Automotive manufacturing industry experience. • SAP ECC 6.0 experience; S/4HANA exposure is beneficial. Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) • Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe! • Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds. • Education: High School Diploma or GED • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
