Administrative Assistant AFL Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for our fast-paced Data Center Operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting project managers, field leadership, contractors, and employees by managing contractor onboarding, workforce reporting, timesheet administration, compliance tracking, and other day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic construction and data center environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Contractor & Employee Onboarding • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and contractors. • Process onboarding documentation and ensure completion of required forms. • Verify compliance with customer, project, and company onboarding requirements. • Schedule orientation sessions and maintain onboarding records. • Assist with badge requests, site access, and security clearance tracking. Timekeeping & Reporting • Collect, review, and process weekly employee and contractor timesheets. • Ensure timesheet accuracy and timely submission to payroll and project management teams. • Generate workforce reports, labor utilization reports, and project staffing updates. • Track attendance, overtime, and workforce roster changes. • Maintain records and provide reporting support to project leadership. Administrative Support • Provide administrative support to project managers, operations managers, and field teams. • Maintain project documentation, employee files, and electronic records. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes. • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence. • Support travel arrangements, lodging coordination, and visitor management when required. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure employee and contractor records remain current and compliant. • Track certifications, training records, and safety documentation. • Maintain confidential personnel information in accordance with company policies. • Assist with audits and documentation requests from customers and internal stakeholders. Office & Project Coordination • Serve as a point of contact for employees, contractors, and site visitors. • Order office supplies and coordinate administrative resources. • Support project staffing and workforce planning activities. • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Required • High school diploma or GED required. • 2+ years of administrative, project support, or office coordination experience. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment. • High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred • Experience supporting construction, telecommunications, utility, or data center projects. • Experience with contractor onboarding and workforce compliance processes. • Knowledge of timekeeping systems and payroll reporting. • Experience working with workforce management, HR, or project management systems. Physical Requirements • Ability to work in an office environment located within or adjacent to a data center construction project. • Ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods. • Occasional walking throughout project sites may be required. As a Staff Quality Control (QC) Engineer, you will play a critical technical role in ensuring the integrity, performance, and reliability of Crusoe's mission-critical data center infrastructure. You will support quality across construction execution, system installation, inspection, commissioning readiness, and final turnover. This is a highly field-driven role at the intersection of construction, MEP systems, engineering, and commissioning, where quality directly impacts uptime, performance, and long-term reliability. What You'll Be Working On Execute and support the site-level QA/QC program for large-scale, mission-critical data center construction Support development and implementation of the Site-Level Quality Management Plan Develop, maintain, and execute Inspection Test Plans, checklists, inspection workflows, and quality documentation for assigned scopes Perform field inspections across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning-related scopes, with strong emphasis on MEP system quality Validate installation against drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, approved materials, code requirements, and commissioning expectations Partner with construction managers, field engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and third-party inspectors to identify and resolve quality issues Support coordination with AHJs and third-party special inspectors on code compliance, inspection sign-offs, and documentation requirements Track and manage deficiencies, punch list items, inspection findings, and non-conformance reports through closure Support pre-functional and functional readiness activities in coordination with commissioning teams Review test reports, inspection records, as-builts, redlines, O&M manuals, and turnover documentation for completeness and accuracy Assist in root cause analysis for defects, rework, failed inspections, and recurring quality issues Use quality data, field observations, and defect trends to identify improvement opportunities Help enforce contractual quality requirements across GCs and subcontractors Maintain accurate inspection records, quality logs, reports, and documentation in construction management systems Escalate quality risks early to avoid downstream impact to schedule, commissioning, turnover, or operations What Success Looks Like Assigned scopes are inspected thoroughly and meet design, specification, code, and performance requirements MEP system installations are ready for commissioning with minimal rework Deficiencies, punch items, and NCRs are tracked clearly and closed in a timely manner Quality risks are identified early and communicated effectively Turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready Construction and commissioning teams have clear visibility into quality status and readiness Repeat issues are reduced through consistent field execution and feedback loops Who You Are 7+ years of experience in construction QA/QC, quality engineering, field engineering, commissioning support, or related construction roles Strong understanding of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, mechanical/cooling systems, and controls Experience performing or supporting field inspections, punch walks, NCRs, deficiency tracking, and QA documentation Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, test reports, and technical documentation Experience supporting commissioning readiness, system turnover, or closeout documentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven construction environment with multiple stakeholders Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation, inspections, and follow-through Ability to communicate clearly with construction teams, subcontractors, inspectors, commissioning teams, and internal stakeholders Analytical mindset with ability to use quality data, inspection findings, and defect trends to support better execution Strong ownership mentality and willingness to proactively identify and resolve quality issues in the field Nice to
