Must have 3 months of verifiable experience • No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years. • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. • No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. • Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
