De functie Voor onze Multi-cliënt site in Eindhoven zijn we opzoek naar een Account Manager die de contractueel overeengekomen logistieke diensten voor de bestaande klanten onderhoudt, bewaakt en uitbreidt. De belangrijkste focus is het opbouwen van sterke lange termijn relaties om aan de klantverwachtingen te voldoen en ze te overtreffen. De verantwoordelijkheden van de Account Manager zijn onder andere: • Sterke relaties opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbreiden op diverse niveaus bij de verschillende bestaande klanten; • Contract management: bestaande contracten beheren en de voorwaarden en prijsafspraken vertalen richting de operatie; • Signaleren van groeikansen bij de klant alsmede opvolgen van feedback vanuit customer feedback loops. Afstemmen met de interne organisatie om tot de beste oplossing voor de klant alsmede Rhenus te komen; • Wijzigingen en veranderingen in de afspraken met de bestaande klanten implementeren; • Knelpunten en incidenten opvolgen en vertalen naar suggesties voor procesoptimalisatie binnen de site; lean principes en continuous improvement zijn hierbij belangrijke ondersteunende methodieken; • In samenwerking met Site Management en de afdeling Business Development bestaande contracten verlengen en nieuwe klanten implementeren; • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het beleid van de site en dit vertalen in een account- en budgetplan. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met logistiek (2PL, 3PL is een pré). Verder heb je: • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau; • Ruime ervaring binnen accountmanagement; • Ervaring met supply chain management; • Ervaring met budgetering en forecasting; • Ervaring met excel, powerpoint, power BI en Teams • 5+ jaar werkervaring. Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Nederland bestaat op dit moment uit zes locaties. Alle locaties zijn gevestigd in de omgeving Tilburg-Eindhoven. Binnenkort starten we met een zevende locatie, een nieuw warehouse in Soesterberg. Overview The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
