Details Home health setting covering the Mossyrock & Morton area Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Average patient load of 5-7 per day Patient population is primarily geriatric with orthopedic and neurologic conditions On-call rotation required approximately every 6th weekend Uses HCHB EMR system, experience required OASIS experience required for completing Start of Care assessments Requirements Minimum of 1 year recent relevant experience required BLS certification required HCHB proficiency required OASIS experience required License required if applicable License must be in-hand at time of submission Active driver's license and personal transportation required Experience with orthopedic conditions such as low back pain, post-op joint replacements, and spinal conditions Experience with neurologic conditions such as stroke, TBI, Parkinson's, and MS preferred Skilled in home exercise programs and patient/family education Additional Information Responsibilities include timely documentation and communication with the care team Traveler must be flexible with assigned territory Orientation begins on Monday and includes completion of billable training modules Hospice/Home Health checklist completion is mandatory Dress code is scrubs in any color, no jeans permitted iPad provided; personal cell phone use not required for the role Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate Not open to first-time travelers Local candidates are not accepted Travel pairs accepted, but each traveler is assigned to their own territory and must have independent transportation Former permanent employees must be separated for at least 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application American Traveler Job ID P-768284.
