LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Materiel Management Consultant to support Army logistics materiel management through supply management, inventory analysis, warehousing, secondary item management, and executive decision support. Responsibilities • Support Army logistics materiel management programs through supply management, inventory analysis, warehousing, and strategic initiatives. • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate materiel management operations, inventory performance, supply chain effectiveness, and emerging issues. • Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision making and program recommendations. • Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting Army logistics materiel management initiatives. • Support planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of warehousing, secondary item management, inventory control, and supply management processes. • Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support enterprise materiel management objectives. • Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, inventory trends, and action items to ensure timely execution. • Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions. • Synthesize complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve supply chain performance, materiel readiness, and organizational effectiveness. • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision making. • Support strategic planning, inventory assessments, supply chain analysis, and enterprise modernization initiatives, as required. • Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required. • Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 10 or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, materiel management, warehousing, supply management, DoD, or other complex Government organizations. • Experience supporting inventory management, supply chain operations, warehousing, logistics analysis, or organizational assessments. • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms. • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams. • Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments. • Available for occasional travel. • This position requires an active Secret security clearance. DESIRED SKILLS • Advanced degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 10+ years of experience supporting Army logistics materiel management, warehousing, supply management, or other DoD organizations. • Experience supporting headquarters-level supply operations, inventory management, secondary item management, logistics planning, or enterprise integration. • Experience writing, updating and coordinating strategic-level policy. • Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, or data visualization products. • Familiarity with business process improvement, workflow modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives. • Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups and stakeholder engagements. • Excellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for processing all release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient's right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient's medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations. Essential Job Functions: • Completes release of information requests including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record accurately and correctly and transmitting daily, according to requests, established procedures, and established standards of quality and productivity. • Date stamps all requests and highlights pertinent data to facilitate processing. • Validates requests and authorizations for release of medical information according to established procedures. • Performs quality checks on all work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing. • Maintain equipment in excellent operating condition (inside and out). • Provides excellent customer service by being attentive and respectful; insures understanding of customer request and follows-through as promised; and being proactive in identifying client concerns, or problems. • May receive incoming requests including opening mail, telephone inquiries, and retrieving facsimile inquiries, depending on the needs to the client. • Maintains a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance and observes the dress code established. • Maintains a clean and orderly work area, insures that records and files are properly stored before leaving area. • Maintains working knowledge of the existing state laws and fee structure • Works within scope of position and direction; willingly accepts assignments and is available to take on additional facilities or help out during backlogs • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with client/site policies and procedures, including HIPAA, state/federal regulations related to operations, and labor regulations. • Maintains confidentiality, security and standards of ethics with all information. • Work with privileged information in a conscientious manner while releasing medical records in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner.
