Bid Leadership & Multi-Discipline Estimating: • Lead complete bids as lead estimator: bid schedule, scope assignments, bid forms, addenda, and proposal compliance. • Estimate additional self-perform scopes such as earthwork, yard piping, process mechanical, and site utilities. • Develop general conditions, markups, and bid-day strategy with leadership. • Mentor junior estimators and share concrete estimating best practices across offices. • Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of concrete estimating experience with a heavy civil, industrial, or general contractor that self-performs structural concrete. • Proven record estimating cast-in-place structural concrete from the crew up, including formwork, reinforcing, placement, and finishing. • Working knowledge of concrete means and methods, form systems (EFCO, Symons, Doka, PERI, or similar), pour sequencing, and crew productivity. • Ability to interpret structural drawings, reinforcing details, Division 03 specifications, and ACI 301, 318, and 350 requirements. • Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software; Sage, PlanSwift and Bluebeam strongly preferred. • Highly organized and deadline-driven, capable of managing multiple concurrent bids. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience estimating water and wastewater treatment plants, tanks, or other liquid-containing structures. • Experience leading complete bids and guiding bid teams. • Estimating experience in additional disciplines such as earthwork, yard piping, process mechanical, or site utilities. • Field experience as a concrete foreman, superintendent, or project engineer. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Prospect Construction Has a Comprehensive Benefits Package: • Company Provided Medical Insurance: HSA Medical Plan with 100% premium coverage for Employee + Family- OR Optional PPO buy up plan (cost shared premium.) • Bonus Plan • Retirement: 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plan • Accrued PTO • 1 Week of Accrued Sick Leave • 7 Paid Holidays • Training and Development Plans Prospect Construction, Inc. does not accept unsolicited resumes or candidate submissions from third-party recruiters or staffing agencies.
