School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Chehalis, WA | 2026–2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in Chehalis, Washington . Job Highlights: • Location: Chehalis, WA • Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist • Setting: In-person, school-based position • Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday • School Year: 2026–2027 Responsibilities: • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments • Provide individualized and small-group speech and language therapy • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) • Create measurable goals based on students' communication needs • Track student progress and maintain accurate service documentation • Prepare evaluation reports, progress reports, and other required records • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team planning • Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers • Provide consultation and communication strategies to classroom staff and families • Support students with a variety of speech, language, communication, fluency, and voice needs • Ensure services comply with state, federal, and district requirements Qualifications: • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders • Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one • Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate certificate or eligibility to obtain one • Must have current fingerprints on file with OSPI or be willing to complete • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Benefits & Perks: • Paid Sick Leave • Healthcare Benefits* • 401(k) with company matching* • Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional development • W-2 employee status with liability insurance coverage • Referral bonuses • No non-compete clause (*Healthcare benefits available for 0.8 FTE or higher after a short waiting period) Why Work With Ampersand Therapy?
