Be the Nurse Manager You've Always Aspired to Be Your impactful journey involves: Supervises the provision of nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shift or unit. Ensures all patient care activities are completed as required. Assigns the appropriate nursing personnel necessary to provide care and ensures their presence. ·Identifies training needs and resources for staff with other organizational leaders. Celebrating patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position. CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Five years of nursing experience with two years recently in an inpatient hospital setting Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a growing accounting team. This position plays a critical rolein ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, account reconciliations, and effective receivables management. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, identifying root causes, and working collaboratively across departments to resolve customer account issues. This is more than a traditional collections role. We're looking for someone who can investigate discrepancies, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements that support cash flow and financial accuracy. Responsibilities • Leverage AI-assisted tools, automation, and modern accounting technology to improve accounting workflows and efficiency. • Review AI-generated and system-assisted accounting work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and sound professional judgment. • Analyze financial information to identify inconsistencies, unusual activity, missing information, and opportunities for improvement. • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, general ledger activity, reconciliations, and month-end accounting. • Assist with the preparation of entity income tax returns for business clients. • Communicate directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide practical financial insights. • Improve processes related to monthly close, financial reporting, client follow-up, recurring compliance activities, and tax preparation. • Document standardized processes, workflows, and procedures to promote consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. • Collaborate with internal team members to enhance service quality, turnaround times, and the overall client experience.
