REQUIRED • Bachelor's degree or associate degree and related experience. • Relevant industry certifications. • 5 years' experience using Microsoft Intune. • 10 years' experience using SCCM/MECM/MCM for Windows management. • 10 years' experience managing Windows based systems in a corporate environment. • 5 years' experience using PowerShell scripting for automation and customization. • 5 years installing Windows Operating System, utilizing imaging-based technics. • 5 years' experience managing Windows using Group Policy and Intune Policy. • 5 years' experience managing Windows Operating System in a virtual infrastructure. • 5 years' experience managing virtual infrastructure in a Horizon environment. • Direct customer service experience for end-user support. • 5 years' experience using scripting languages to automate routine processes. • 5 years' experience creating system design documentation. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
