The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills, along with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Desired Skills and Qualifications • Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending. • Working knowledge of MSP. • Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables • Proficiency with Microsoft OneNote, Excel, Outlook, and Skype. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability. • Project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives. • Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills. • Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors. • Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills. • Proven results developing, integrating, and achieving business goals and initiatives. • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and sound judgment. • Ability to manage competing priorities.
