What You'll Do ? Lead day-to-day office operations and keep everything running efficiently ? Manage, coach, and support a team of approximately 10 employees ? Oversee administrative processes, reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping ? Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency ? Monitor operational metrics and communicate updates to leadership ?
