Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join the growing team of providers at the expanding Tumwater clinic. Take advantage of a beautiful new facility that offers the latest technology and embedded services such as Immediate Care, Behavioral Health, a pharmacist and a dietitian. • Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible • Outpatient care only • DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge • Centralized Triage and In-basket Support • Team based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD) • Patient-centered medical home • Shared call 1:20 or better • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits inclusive of healthcare plans, retirement with employer matching, continuing medical education (CME) allowances, paid time away, relocation for eligible candidates, and more • Compensation is between $296,169 and $347,122 per year • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
