Key responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment.Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant. Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping. A successful candidate will have a clean and tidy appearance, good work habits, and a positive attitude. Help Christian Artists Reach More People With Their Music At Pure Mosaic Records, we believe music is one of God's most powerful tools for encouraging the Church and reaching people with the hope of Christ. Our mission is to discover, develop, and support Christian artists and songwriters through meaningful music, mentorship, and community. We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing campaigns, promote music releases, manage our digital presence, and support our growing community. This is a part-time position for someone who enjoys hands-on marketing, takes ownership of projects, and wants to contribute to a mission-driven organization. About The Role You'll work closely with Pure Mosaic's President and an experienced marketing director to help bring marketing strategies to life. Your primary focus will be executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media, promoting music releases, and helping build and engage our growing community of Christian artists and songwriters. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, communicates well, and can manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Digital Marketing: Help execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. • Social Media: Manage content calendars, create and schedule content, and help grow engagement across Pure Mosaic's social channels. • Music Marketing: Support music releases through promotional campaigns, DSP optimization, and audience development. • Community Management: Help build and manage our online community, encourage meaningful connections among members, and assist with coordinating and hosting worship nights, songwriter retreats, and community events. • Project Coordination: Manage marketing timelines, coordinate with artists and creative partners, and track campaign performance. What We're Looking For • Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation. • Familiarity with digital advertising, particularly Meta Ads. • Strong social media and content creation skills. • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. • Passion for Christian music and an understanding of worship ministry. Experience in music marketing, streaming platforms, playlist promotion, and online community management is a plus. Compensation & Position Details • Position: Part-time • Schedule: Approximately 25–30 hours per week • Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications • Location: In-office in Franklin, Tennessee Why Join Pure Mosaic?
