Guiding patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred. This A-Level or strong B-Level opportunity pays $30-$35 per flat rate hour based on experience, with earning potential up to $40 per flat rate hour for top talent. Enjoy a Monday-Thursday schedule, three-day weekends, weekly pay, and a clean, climate-controlled facility where approximately 90% of the work is transmission-focused. Key Responsibilities • Perform transmission removal and replacement (R&R) accurately and efficiently. • Diagnose and repair transmission-related concerns. • Identify drivability and performance issues related to transmission systems. • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and clearly document findings. • Perform high-quality repairs while meeting established shop standards. • Collaborate with the team to keep repair work moving efficiently. • Follow established shop procedures and safety standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Qualifications • Five or more years of professional automotive technician experience. • Strong hands-on transmission repair and replacement experience. • A-Level or strong B-Level technical background preferred. • Strong transmission diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. • Dealership or heavy line experience is a plus. • Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred. • Dependable, accountable, and committed to quality workmanship.
