How You'll Make an Impact • Engage customers by evaluating needs and recommending the best Spectrum products and services • Educate customers on product features and benefits, promoting bundled solutions for maximum value • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by applying effective sales techniques • Build trust and rapport with new, existing and former customers to encourage long-term loyalty • Address retention calls and resolve billing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spectrum campaigns, pricing and product offerings to answer all customer questions • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in every interaction, supporting efforts to simplify the purchasing experience Working Conditions • Office environment with variable hours, including weekends, holidays and split days off What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education • High school diploma or equivalent Experience • +1 year of sales experience, preferably in voice, data or video solutions or 0.5 years of internal billing agent experience with sales success • +1 year of customer service or call center experience • 0.5 years of sales experience or 0.25 years demonstrated sales success at Spectrum Skills • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish • Strong understanding of cable communications products including video, data, voice and mobile • Familiarity with billing systems • Skilled in needs analysis, objection handling and closing sales • Capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities • Proven computer proficiency • Ability to multitask and respond to customer inquiries promptly • Sound judgment, initiative and ambition • Goal-oriented, determined and self-confident problem solver • Bilingual: Spanish #LI-JS13 CAM115 2026-85497 CAM115 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. Cryogenic Delivery Driver Cryogenic Delivery Driver Cryogenics Driver-Reidsville - Reidsville, NC 27320 Apply Apply Description JOB SUMMARY Arc3 is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Cryogenic Distribution Driver operating out of our Reidsville, NC location. The Distribution Driver will be responsible for transporting liquid Nitrogen in the Reidsville area and this job will require a CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. RESPONSIBILITIES • Transport, load and unload liquid Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon and CO2. • Service customers and present yourself in a customer-focused, professional manner. • Follow appropriate company and DOT compliance and safety procedures for transporting compressed gases and vehicle operation. • Monitor liquid levels of accounts via smartphone app and plan deliveries accordingly. • Follow all traffic laws, OSHA and DOT regulations. • Maintain vehicle to company and DOT regulations by reporting vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, etc. • Maintain the appropriate drivers license and endorsements. • Perform pre-trip inspections on assigned vehicles. • Prepare and maintain all necessary DOT paperwork. • Maintain electronic log in compliance with DOT requirements. • Follow company approved/optimal transportation routes. • Maintain and clean vehicle regularly to ensure that it is in good working order and presents an excellence company image. • Be available for off schedule/emergency deliveries as needed. • Be willing and able to adapt to change in daily/weekly schedules dictated by customer usage. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. • Class A CDL with HazMat and tanker endorsement. • Industry and related product knowledge, as well as experience handling compressed gases, preferred. • At least 21 years old. • Excellent customer service skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Excellent driving record. • Must be able to pay attention to detail. • Must be able to work independently. • Must be self-motivated. WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Meet all physical qualification standards imposed by regulation for drivers. • Work outdoors in varying temperatures. • Ability to perform functions during occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, and finger activities. • Must be able to operate in a drug free workplace. • Must wear all company supplied uniforms. • Must follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements related to this position.
