As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visits our stores. We'll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person's unique needs. What you'll do • Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner • Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments • Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges • Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development • Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked • Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders Basic qualifications • 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends What's in it for you We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home. Responsibilities: • Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting care activities in accordance with BMC standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care. • Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit. • Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs. • The RN is to plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with BMC standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures. • He/she is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. • The Registered Nurse may make decisions to delegate appropriate nursing tasks to other staff members based upon individual patient need and staff qualifications.
