Key Responsibilities • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. • Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client issues related to mental health and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly. • Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies as appropriate. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support for clients facing complex challenges. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and client interactions in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies. • Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and keep informed about advances in the mental health field. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. Qualifications • A master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or an equivalent credential is essential. • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a variety of mental health concerns. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients. • A driven individual with the ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Preferred Experience • Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapeutic services. • Experience working with clients diagnosed with complex mental health disorders. • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy services. • Demonstrated success in developing treatment plans and implementing client-centered interventions. Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
