Job Details Schedule: Day shift with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions. Establishes, revises, and evaluates individualized plans of care involving patients and families. Provides physical therapy interventions appropriate to each patients condition. Oversees physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel. Works across multiple clinical units and collaborates regularly with the interdisciplinary team. Provides real-time documentation and point-of-service care. Applies critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal-supervision skills in a stressful clinical environment. Follows standard precautions and uses required personal protective equipment. Training is provided to support clinical responsibilities.
