Own and manage the sites CMMS platform for asset and maintenance tracking.- Input new equipment and assets into the CMMS, ensuring accuracy and standardization.- Develop and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders to drive compliance and ensure technicians have a structured daily task list.- Track and audit maintenance work completion using CMMS reporting tools.- Ensure real-time updates of asset condition, service history, and replacement parts inventory.- Set up and maintain systematic part labeling and storage processes that align with CMMS records for fast and reliable part retrieval.- Partner with the inventory team to manage minimum/maximum reorder thresholds in CMMS for spare parts and consumables.- Provide CMMS training and ongoing support to maintenance technicians to ensure proper system usage and data entry.
