Operational Excellence Manager | Mebane, NC $140K-$147K | Fully Onsite | Monday-Friday We're hiring an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement and operational transformation within a manufacturing environment. What You'll Do: • Lead site-wide TPM and Continuous Improvement initiatives • Drive productivity, cost savings, waste reduction, and process improvements • Implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Root Cause Analysis • Lead change-management and operational improvement projects • Coach and develop CI/training team members • Partner with leadership and production teams to build a strong continuous improvement culture What We're Looking For: • 3-5+ years of manufacturing experience • 3+ years of hands-on multi-pillar TPM experience • Experience with Autonomous Maintenance through AM Step 3 • Strong Lean/Continuous Improvement background • Leadership and team-development experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • CPG, food production, high-speed packaging, or high-volume manufacturing experience is a plus If you're a hands-on Operational Excellence leader who enjoys driving meaningful improvements on the manufacturing floor, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Seasonal Support Driver (SSD), you'll help deliver packages from the comfort of your own vehicle to homes and businesses in your community while representing UPS with safe, friendly, and reliable service. This is a seasonal, physically active role that is a great fit for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, being outdoors, and safely being behind the wheel. Work opportunities are offered each morning based on operational needs and your availability.
